3. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Delivery: Applicable on all prepaid retail orders over ₹999.
- Standard Orders (< ₹999): Flat nominal courier fee of ₹60–₹100 depending on parcel weight and destination pin code.
- Bulk & Wholesale Freight: Transparent road/air cargo rates computed at invoice generation.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your parcel is scanned at dispatch, automated tracking details are transmitted via WhatsApp and email. You can track transit progress directly on the carrier portal.
6. Transit Damage & Loss Protection
In the unlikely event of transit damage or missing packages, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video evidence. We will expedite a replacement or full refund.
